Coping with life's struggles can be difficult, and it certainly isn't any easier trying to go it alone. My style of therapy for adults includes a combination of interactive dialogue, empathic listening, and collaborative problem-solving to help clients develop sustainable change and growth in their lives.

 

I use a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy and humanistic psychology, and I also enjoy incorporating depth psychology when appropriate to help people look into life patterns related to the unconscious.
