I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT #89828) specializing in child, adolescent, and family therapy.
With several years' experience working in school, community-based, and private practice settings, I bring a blend of relevant expertise from all of these professional experiences to my current therapy practice.
My approach as a psychotherapist is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns in their life. Play is the language of children, and my practice oftentimes involves games to help create a safe space and support children's learning and growth.
I have extensive experience working with children and families with special needs. Through these experiences I've gained a deeper respect, understanding, and appreciation for the challenges faced by children with special needs and their families, and I feel passionate about supporting them in my practice.
I am an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Using compassion and understanding, I work with each individual and family to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing through therapy.
